REFUND POLICY

At Umachaco, we stand behind the quality of our matcha. Due to the nature of our food products, we generally do not accept returns for opened items. However, your satisfaction is our priority.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 7 days) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right via a replacement or refund.

Refunds: If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
